Good Morning-
Is there a database setting or option we can use so that every document within a non-mail database is signed? I haven’t been able to find one.

Not sure that I understand what you are trying to do. You can sign a database (Design elements and documents) from the Admin client. However, as soon as someone edits and saves a design element or document the signature is changed tro that person. I like to sign the design items with a high level ID such as the server ID so there are no issues of access rights for those elements.

What are you planning to do?
Do you need the signature for identification or avoid other people modifying the documents?
