BEtween the new shared login andtheold single login, I understand there no sync needed with then new feature.

Subject: Some key differences
With the default mode of new NSL:the administrator can control the use of NSL via policies
users aren’t required to re-sync passwords if their admin or helpdesk resets their Windows password in Active Directory
a user’s password is no longer used to protect the Notes ID, so password maintenance (e…g changing passwords every N days) is no longer needed
an ID can’t simply be copied from one system to another. the “Copy ID” feature in the User Security Dialog must be used to create password-protected copy of the ID
server password checking cannot be used (public key checking is supported)
synchronizing Notes ID and Internet passwords isn’t supported
