Signatures not Matching

For a couple of users I get the following error message:

NAMES.NSF; Error: The signatures in the Name Change Request and Change Signature items did not match

This reoccurs evey 10 minutes while the user is connected.

Anyone know who to stop these messages.

Also, check admin4.nsf for possible name conflict? You can revert or approve it.

Ran that but still no change - it only happens to 2 users out of 100There are no outstanding requests in admin4

Subject: Signatures not Matching

Check whether that user’s public key’s are matching with ID file and person documnets on server. This error getting in most cause because of public key mismatching.
