We had some corrupted mail files on one server in a cluster so I deleted them and created new replicas from the cluster mate. The new replicas lost the users’ signatures and even, in at least one case, deleted the signature from the user’s local mail replica. Why?
Server is 8.5.1FP1, users running a mix of Notes versions. Template is custom based on 8.5 Standard Mail.

I have a customer that is using rich text signatures and the signatures are being randomly wiped out from the Calendar Profile fields.
The signatures are a combination of text and images.

Subject: Quota checking?
I noticed the last time the signature was lost the ‘AddedToFile’ date/time stamp of the Calendar Profile document matched exactly the date/time stamp of the $QuotaWarningMessage field.
So I’m wondering if something in the quota checking code is causing this or if it’s purely co-incidence!
