The easiest way is to have the employee do it themselves through their mail file: Tools > Preferences > Signature tab…
If you are talking about doing this through an agent or button, you will have to access each user’s mail file, grab the “(Calendar Profile) | CalendarProfile” profile document, and update the Signature tab fields on the that form…
