Signature preference reverts back to an old text signature overnight. Has anyone ever seen this problem??,… .I’ve seen this problem once or twice before in the last couple years, the last one I was not able to resolve.What I’ve tried so far:
created an html signature file and placed it on the c: drive, pointed notes to it, then overnight the old text one came back to life for some reason.
I’m just basic 2nd notes support so don’t overwhelm me with technical jargon about notes code, thanks Is there a simple solution?

Does the user replicate? Perhaps the old signature is coming back from another replica. If the user replicates to local hdd, remove replica on local hdd, set html signature, and create a new local replica of the mailfile.
Have you tried changing the signature to a different text-based signature and see if it still gets changed? Or turning it off and see if it gets turned back on? Perhaps the admin does something that sets everyone’s signatures nightly?
Is there a simple solution?
