I have one user whose signature (text, not HTML file) is now missing. However, when I look in his database-preferences, I can see the signature text. There is not another copy/replica of his database on the server. He made a local replica of his database on another pc and he claims that the replication deleted his signature. But, I can see the signature even after he made the replica.
He said he had to recreate his signature text, but I don’t know why as I could see it in his database.
Thoughts?
