Hello,
a customer has the problem, that his signature field (Signature_Rich) is empty after ~30 minutes.
We set the field by script. The signature is there, correctly displayed in the preferences and mail. After a while (mostly 30 minutes), the signature field is again empty.
The $UpdatedBy field says, that the user itself edits the preferences (profil document) after we set the signature by script! But the user is definitly not editing the preferences.
There is no policy, and, that behavior is not reproducable at other customers.
So there must be something else, which overrides the signature.
Does anyone have a hint for? What else can i check?
