Subject: Possible cacheing issue

Apart from all the things you’ve done on the client side have you tried issuing a ‘DbCache Flush’ command on the Domino server to clear its cache or restarted the Domino server?

I know with iNotes when you change your signature that involves images you need to issue a DbCache Flush command along with a ‘Tell HTTP Restart’ so that the server is no longer cacheing the old profile document information.

Also checkout NotesPeek (http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg24005686) and have a look directly into the CalendarProfile document in your mailfile on the server and look at the Signature fields to see what’s there. If it shows only the plain text then that would point to a client cacheing issue.

Subject: No success

We reboot the server nightly.

I tried using ezScan (Ytria) to change the values of EnableSignature, SignatureOption, Signature, Signature_1, Signature_2, and Signature_Rich to get this to work. The only thing I managed to do was screw up my Notes client (had to do a design replace).

I’ll ask our admin to flush the DBCache as suggested, but I’m not optimistic.

Thanks for helping, none the less.
