Hi,
I have a few users who are missing their Sametime Sidebar panel in their Notes. I have checked, but it is not available via View → Sidebar Panels.
The installation is a standard Notes installation and for other users (same installation procedure) it is OK.
Is there some other place where I can enable it - plugin configuration, xml file etc??

Confirm that during during the installation of the Standard Notes Client, the option to install “Integrated instant messaging” (i.e. Integrated/embedded Sametime). You can do so by confirm “Sametime” is listed in the client’s Preferences (File-Preferences).The Lotus Notes client’s “notes.ini” file may contain the following parameter which could be causing the problem. If it exists, make sure it -is set equal-to zero: IM_DISABLE=1

Hi Kjeld,
You could try to run the installation again on one of the user’s Machines and, when it finds there is a current installation of Notes, you will be prompted with “Repair, Modify, or Uninstall”. Select “Modify” and ensure you select to Install the Sametime Components.
