Showing picture in Richtext field

I like to show a picture in a richtext or richtext lite field.

I append the picture through script

Set object = rtitem.EmbedObject (EMBED_OBJECT, “”, “c:\stefan.jpg”)

It works fine but the picture dont actually shows it just shows “the object”.

Anyone know how to do get the picture/photo to show in the field when I display the document.

This is only Notes.

You need to import rather than attach, using manual methods or NotesUIDocument.Import.

But if you import the picture, don’t you lose the ability to re-save it to the file system later by right click on it and choosing save?

You certainly do, but you also do get the ability to see it in the Notes client. At the moment, there isn’t a good (native) solution to that problem.
