A user has changed to her last name. When she sending an email, Her old last name shows up at the top left corner, but her new last name also shows up below the old last name prefixed with ‘send by’. Anyone can help to solve the problem? Thanks!

The mail file owner field (“This mail file belongs to”) needs to be changed to the user’s new name. You can get there using the Tools->Preferences action from within the mail file.

If you renamed the user properly, the Admin process should fix this for you automatically. It usually takes a few hours for the admin request to process the change. If you check admin4.nsf you will see the request in there, Rename Person in Calendar Entries and Profiles in Mail File

I don’t know why the rename didn’t work properly this time. Finally, I take Rogers advise and make it manually and works now. Thanks for Rogers and Paul’s help.
