Show tick / Check mark againest documents already selected

Hi All

I have a collection of document and want them checked in the picklist view.

So that user knows which documents he had selected previously.

please suggest solution

The field that is to be populated already has values that come from the picklist?And you want these to be selected (checked) already when opening the picklist to add more?

I’m not sure that facility exists - if it’s really needed, I would drop the picklist method, and use either a dialogbox or a regular OKCANCELLISTMULT @prompt
