Your help is appreciated, is there a way to find out all the databases a user has access to (is listed with rights in the ACL)?
For litagation purposes we give certain users rights to other mail files, and rely on them to tell us when they no longer need those rights. We would like to be able to look at a particular user and see all the databases he currently has rights to, so that we can ensure he/she only has access to the ones she currently needs.
Your suggestions are appreciated.

Look at the catalog DB in the view Access Control Lists\By Name.

There are tools out there that you can buy to do this… or you can right your own.
Search Google for ACL analyzer and there is loads of stuff to download for informaiton or even free trials.
