Shortcut to toggle read/unread

Hi Guys,I’m using Lotus Notes on a Mac, and can’t find anywhere how to toggle messages read/unread with the keyboard (in the windows version you have to use the “ins” key).

I’m doing that via Edit > Unread Marks > Mark selected (un)read but it really takes me a lot of time.

Anyone knows the correct shortcut for doing this? Please! :frowning: I searched all the lotus notes help and on google but could not find anything…

tx a lot in advance!

regards

I don’t have a MAC to test but you could create 2 smart icons, 1 to mark the doc unread (ToolsMarkSelectedUnread) and 1 to mark the doc as read (ToolMarkSelectedRead). Just a thought.

I’m using a mac and created two smart icons on the toolbar. I haven’t been able to figure out how to make it toggle though.

Making read for all selected documents , use the key word shortcut Alt+e+m+r .Making unread for all selected documents , use the key word shortcut Alt+e+m+u .
