I have wrriten an schedule agent. If the agent fails, i have written an code to send a mail to [Admin] role. How can I test that whether that sends mail or now?..Advance thanks for helping me…

The mail address must be valid. the string of a role is usualy not a valid address.
you can test an agent from the agent view in designer. choose from menu agent-> run.
but in this case the agent runs from the client with rights of your user ID. That must not be the same as the agent runs scheduled on server!

It is working…I have taken the names from ACL using ACLEntry class and sending mail.
