HelloSome of our users receive emails that have several PDF documents attached from some unix-based applications . If they open such e-mail with R5 client everything is fine.
But if they open message with R7 client only first attachment is visible and the rest is presented as text (sth like "%PDF-1.4%âăĎÓ=) not as attachment.
It happens regardles of server version and mail template version, regardles of client language version - it happens only on R7 clients.
If such email is forwarded using R5 client and then opened using r7 client everything is fine.
Has anyone had similar problem or know what is the reason?
