I am new to Lotus Notes. I would like to create a view of all emails which are not only sent to me (i.e. somebody else either in the To or in the CC field) and share that view with my assistant.

Do you have designer access to your mailfile, and do you have a design client license?
If you do, the first step is to read the Designer Help, Application Design \ Designing Views
If not, you need to talk to your developer
