Sharing or updating stationary?

I need to be able to have a way for users to add a disclamer to their sent emails only under certain circumstances. One thought I had was to use stationary. But I would need to have a way to update that stationary or share a common stationary.

I cannot mofify their mail in db in any way. Our Notes admins would not allow it.

One thought I had was to create a db with a stationary document. The DB would mail the updated stationary document to a select group of users.

This kind of sort of works with two problems.

  1. It leaves a copy of the stationary in the inbox folder.

  2. It creates a new copy of the stationary. The old one is not replaced.

Any other thoughts on how to handle this? Maybe some new magic in 8.5 I do not know about?

You think this would be easier than this.

I saw that post. The URL in the post is blocked for me.

One thought I had was to send an email out an email with a button. The button would update the stationary.
