I have a group of Sales folks that are often in and out of town. They want to be able to allow others in the group to see and open other group member’s address books. I can delegate E-mail and calender, but not address book. I’m sure someone out there has done this, and can help the ultimate newb out.

Thanks Gregg, I had looked at that ealier in a search, but I am interested in a solution that would require less of my time being responsible for someone elses address book becouse my job is more than just Domino. I need a solution I can edit and forward to individuals of the group, not forgetting that there will be some access issues involved probably. It may be that it’s just not going to be an option since it never has been an option before with POP3 under linux, and outlook express.

If you want to have less involvement on your part, you may be able to convince your people to export their contacts as vCard files and then mail them to the other people in your org.
