Shared Private First Use View and web

I can’t find it in the documentation but do these views not work on the web? I get a Page can’t be found error. Any work around?

I never tested it, but I wonder why you need a shared private on first use view. Can you explain what you are trying to achieve. To my experience, an embedded view with a single categorie often does the trick as well.

That is actually what I am doing now (single category view) - the client likes the functionality of the other views that aren’t embedded.

So you mean embedded views are not an option for the client? Why is that? What functionality does he need?
