Shared Memory from a previous Notes/Domino run has been detected, this process will exit now

Hi All,I have installed lotus client 8.5 and it used to worked for more than a month . When i tried to switch Id files the client crashed.

Tried to open the client after reinstalling the client , but lotus notes client crashes .I get the following message.

“Shared Memory from a previous Notes/Domino run has been detected, this process will exit now”

What should i do to fix this error .

Subject: Run an NSD and post

Run a manual NSD (nsd.exe -kill) and post the results here, it is likely that another process (non-Notes) has a handle on a notes process.
