Hello, is it possible for multiple people to use a shared mailbox to Send messages, all in the name of the shared address?
When we send from the shared mailbox, we have the individual person as the sender. For example, if John Doe sends a message from the Customer Service mailbox, the recipient will receive the message from:
Customer Service on behalf of John Doe
To make matters worse, any replies will go to John Doe’s mailbox rather than the shared Customer Service mailbox.
How can John Doe send the message so that the recipient will see only Customer Service?
