Hi, I have set up Shared Mail on my Domino 6.5 server, with clients on version R5. I have configured Shared Mail in the server document, and when I look at the shared mail database, it does seem to be growing, so I assume it is working.
The only thing is, when I open up Domino Administrator, click on the Messaging tab, then highlight Shared Mail, there is nothing there. No object store filename, no mailbox store filename, nothing.
Yet when I type in the Show Scos command , it comes up saying the Shared Mail database is enabled. Any thoughts on this? Should it be showing the Shared mail statistics on Domino Administrator?

Subject: Shared Mail
You have to run this command in the server console and then it will populate the Shared Mail section of the Domino Admin with information. This automatically runs at 3AM everyday but if you type it in the console eventually you should get some information in the domino admin section.
Load Object Info -Full SHARED.NSF
where SHARED.NSF is the full pathname of a shared mail directory or a specific shared mail database.

I am facing exactly the same problem with Domino version 6.5. After executing “Load object link user.nsf” then the shared db is growing. It is not happening automatically.
Could someone help ???
