Hi, Im new to this and I need some help. I have one User ID (Generic one) with its db, internet address and person doc that is accesed by a couple of users. This user has a valid ID (it is not a Mail-in db) but users access this db with their own Ids 'cause have the rights in the ACL (no switch ID). From this db users need to send mail to Internet, and mail arrives like being sent by the user itself and not by the shared DB or better said the Mail Owner, so when the recipient wants to reply the mail this in being replied to the person who sent the mail and not to the shared db address. I think it is normal because the user ID used to send the mail was the user one and not the generic’s but I need, if its possible, to correct this.Users don’t want to switch Ids so …
I have searched the Forum and found a note that says that creating a Mail-in DB and set the owner with the hierarchical name mails sent from the db should be received as sent from the internet address of that owner but it did not work and still being received with the internet address of the user that is connected.
