Shared actions problem

First of all, I’m very new to Lotus.

For some reason I can’t get a shared action to show up in my actions menu. If I just create a simple action with only a message box in the script and no hide formula, the action will still not show up. I’m not really sure if there’s some kind of INI setting or perhaps there is a permission problem. Anybody have any idea?

I don’t know if this will work for you. But i had the same problem. I removed the label of the button and now just works, dont know why.

Subject: Once you create the Shared Action, you actually have to add it to the view or form you want it to appear in.

i.e. Create, Insert Shared Action
