How do I make a SHARED action which uses a drop down menu eg.

Create New\Document

For some reason with shared actions the above will create a button labelled “Document”.

Figured it out …

  • Create an ordinary “Action with Sub-Action”

  • Insert the shared actions

  • Move the shared actions up underneath the “Action with Sub-Action”

  • Delete the “(Untitled)” Sub Action

Another user-friendly feature from Lotus.
