Share Stationery in Notes with others users

Hi , I’m searching how to share few stationery for all my users.

We want to have some standard stationery for some internal communications.

I can copy stationery from one mail database to another… but lotus keep the first user name.

When you sent a email to someone , it’s another name that is visible to the sender .

Subject: Shared “stationary”

Yes, Canned Reply can do this. There are one or more shared databases on a server. You can copy and paste email documents or stationary into the database, then edit it to clean up the documents. You can save a document as “private” or “shared”.

You can also add the subject and optionally have it replace, append, or prepend to the existing subject. And it handles rich text, graphics and attachments.
