Setup wizard "multiple matches for the user name you entered"

Hi, I currently ran into an issue with"multiple matches for the user name you entered" when migrating from a local installation of notes to a Citrix based installation for a user of Domino 6.5.x

Problem is that this user has 2 notes accounts for different departmental domains but they are located on the same Domino katalogserver.

He is using web access only for one of the account and regular notes client for the other.

** It is currently NOT an option to update Notes to a different version!

any suggestions on how to get this issue solved without destroying any of the accounts would be appreciated.

You can copy over the notes.ini and just change the drive/directory info rather than got thru the setup wizard.

Now for my real thoughts. Notes 6.5 is out of support and not really sure if it ever was supported on citrix
