Is there a tech note somewhere that shows you how to set up the access control list in a persons mail db so they can get to there mail over the internet with internet explorer?
Or could you tell me how to set the Default User and Anonymous so it works properly?

When they login they should have same access whether as notes client or web browser client. If things aren’t working then you might want to confirm the right template, verify their access, etc.
