Setting up a shared Corporate Calendar?

I’ve been asked if it is possible to setup a shared Calendar db via Notes that can be accessed by anyone in the company.

Much of our Sales team and others are away throughout the year at shows, conventions, etc. Sharing out their own calendars so their teams know where they are at is easy enough of course.

However we need a calendar that can be shared out to everyone so anyone in the company can see where and when upcoming shows are happening.

I’m not seeing any templates specifically for calendars so my only thought was to create a bogus mail account and bookmark everyone to it’s calendar but that’s not a very elegant solution.

Any suggestions would be very appreciated.

To do something other than what has been provided, you will need to customize your own solution.

My question is, have you seen anything out there that you think is “elegant”?
