Setting the corporate welcome page

Hi All,I have developed the Company Intranet in Domino. Management wants me to deploy it as the corporate welcome page for the Lotus Notes Users.

I have two problems in doing it.

  1. When a user logs in to Lotus Notes, he will put his Password. And then again he has to enter the Internet password to login to the Intranet(I need to get the username when the user connect to the intranet) How can I omit one password entry?

  2. How can a web URL be set up as the corporate welcome page?

On administrator configuration, web → internet sites, click on Add Internet site and set the home URL to your database which will serve out your home page.

The password bit → basically you can’t as notes client and the brwser are 2 separate bits of software. maybe there’s a work around if you map a known IP address range to a different set of databases or server which you can do in the web config of domino.
