Is there a way to set the “space savers” settings to more than one database at a time? We are looking at limiting all mail databases to memos created or modified in the last 365 days. (Except they would like to have 1 folder for each person that would be exempt from this time frame.) Would an agent work? Any other suggestions of how to approach this? Thanks for your help. Bob
