Setting Anonymous Access on Mail Databases

Does anyone know of a way of ensuring “Anonymous” is added to the ACL of mail files on registration ?

Or of anyway this can be done on mass at a later date ?

in the ACL of the mail template, add [Anonymous] with the bracket([…]) in the ACL list

  • i usually do this for templates i’m creating.

If you add a user called [Anonymous] (include the brackets, and set the access to No Access, then this user will be added to the ACL of new mail-databases created from this template.
