Hi I am wondering if anyone knows the best way to setup an auto response for every incoming message. This is being setup for an account that will not be monitored eveyday.

This method works for me: Create an agent to run after new mail arrives. Choose Simple Action “Reply to sender.” There are a couple of other options you can choose from also, but this is the basic idea.

Hi,
Do you know how to create agent? Just create an agent on that mail database with runtime as “Before new mail arrives”, then depending on your criteria, process whatever to whoever you want to reply to.
This can be as simple as few lines of code to few hundred lines depending on the complexity of you logic. Might need to know LotusScript.
