Set Up Password Expiration Period on a Domino System

Hi All,

Although I’ve aplied following settings to my Domino 7 system, Notes users are not prompted to change their password after the 35 days as required.

  • On each user document, Password Management Tab, the Required Change Interval is set to 35, with Grace Period 0.

  • On the Policy Document used to generate User Accounts, Password Expiration Settings, the Required Change Interval is set to 35 days, the Allowed grace Period to 0 days…

Can you help ?

Have you enabled “Check passwords on Notes id’s” in the server document?

Although I’ve Enabled the “Check password on Notes IDs” in the Server Document: Security Settings, (and rebooted) I notice that the Notes password still don’t expire.Is there something i’ve omitted ?
