Is it possible to set the key size strength(1024,2048 or 4096) using lotus java api for encryption keys before the creation of the user id file where the actually the keys are stored after a user is registered.

The encryption key size i set in the users ID file when the file i created when the user isregitered by the Admin.

I do understand that the key size is set in the user id file which is created after user is registered by the admin.The information I am seeking is regarding whether any lotus java api is available using which my java application can alter the key size or reset it ?
