I have just changed from using outlook to Lotus Notes, the only problem I have been having is when I send an email when the receiver gets it their inbox it only displays my first name or just the email address, how can I set notes so it displays my first and last name so the receiver knows who the email is from.

1 Send email directly to the internet ?
OR
For (1) above check that you have entered your correct Internet Email Address in the location document.
(2) is more tricky and may require modifying configuration setting on the Domino server. Are you a Notes administrator or an end-user ?
