Is it possible to set the Default Font and Size on new memos that are created?? Getting tired of doing it form the dropdown each time.Edwin

Hi Edwin,
There are a number of ways to do this, if you have designer access to your Mail database, you could change the front of the “Body” field on the Memo, Reply and Reply with history forms, which will make the change for ALL email you create. If you want to make the change global (for your organisation) you change the mail template that your company uses. Tomorrow morning at 1:00am, every user in your organisation will have the new Font and style applied.
If you don’t have designer access, or if you only want the change to apply to you, use your signature preference.
Create a HTML signature file, which contains whatever you want, the key elements being the opening:
Dear
Regards,

As long as you click (or {Down Arrow}{End}) after the “Dear” before typing content, your message will always contain the font and colour you require for your message content.
Go to your Mail Preferences, (Tools → Preferences, on the Action Bar) and on the “Signature” tab, change your mail signature to a html file and choose “Automatically append…”

the defaults are part of the form but you can set a permanent pen font to assist you. Look up Permanent Pen in Notes help.

Thanks that got me on a track that I could find a solution to.I just created a new style with my name and forced it to be the only that could be selected with the keyboard shortcut SHFT+F11
