Set a flag in documents pasted in a folder

Hi!

I have a database where users can paste emails they want to share from their own inboxes. All users have Author access. I also want the users to be able to delete the emails that they themselves have pasted into the database. The problem is that the users mostly paste emails that other people are the author of, i.e. that they have recieved from others, so I have no current way to check who has pasted a document. I’ve tried to set a flag with the Postpaste event but it only affects the document that is currently selected, not the document(s) that is/are being pasted.

Is there any way to automatically set a flag with the @UserName in the documents when they are pasted in a view/folder? Preferably with @Commands and @Functions since I don’t know any java- or lotusscript.

Try to make an agent executed when documents are pasted.

Include in it this formula:

field author := @name([cn]; @username) : author

“author” must be a name of an existant field in the document with the type “Author” because you can set an author field with a formula. Must be an existant field.
