Server-side workarounds to prevent potential cross-site scripting vulnerability in versions 7.0.8 and earlier of Adobe Reader and Acrobat

I am looking to fix this adobe acrobat vulnerability by being able to edit my Domino Web Server’s Server Document so that PDFs from our site will launch in acrobat on their own instead of embedded in the browser window. I could not find a way. Can anyone help me out here?
