Server setup not working

I’ve never seen this in 10 years working with Domino.

I wiped a 6.5 server because of a variety of issues. Reinstalled Windows 2000. Installed Service Pack 4. Reinstalled Domino 6.5, but when I try to launch the program and go through the setup configuration, NOTHING happens. Nothing.

I uninstalled 6.5 and installed 6.0. Same thing. Nothing happens when I try to launch the setup.

Any ideas?

Subject: Server setup not working

Got it working, but what a ridiculous procedure.

Installed Domino 5.11. It started normally.

Installed Domino 6.5 on top of 5.11. 6.5 started normally.

Still doesn’t answer the question: Why did 6.5 refuse to setup in the first place by itself.
