I saw all the post for the rules problem, but i haven’t solved my problem. I have the error 4412 in rules in messaging configuration since the update of the versions 5 (now i have 6.5.1). Why lotus doesn’t fix this problem? I edit a new silly rule in server configuration, where if subject contains hi ScanMail has detected a virus! don’t accept message (i have tried don’t deliver too). I disabled then i enabled the rule. I deleted all old rules and edit only this rule but it still doesn’t work.Every time that i have updated or created the rule i wrote on server console set rules and tell route udpate config.
Any suggestion? I need that the rules work for my job.
