Server_Restricted Keeps reseting to 2!

Hi,

I am having a problem with a server setting keep going back to SERVER_RESTRICTED=2.

I have checked the Config docs and there are not settings for this.

This is what it says in the log:

16/02/2009 02:18:06 PM SERVER_RESTRICTED changed to 2.

16/02/2009 02:18:06 PM DEBUG_TRAN_REQ_VALIDATE_DISABLE changed to 0.

I keep on typing in Set conf server_restricted=0 but it usually goes back to 2 within a matter of minutes.

pls help as users are unable to access the server.

Subject: Server_Restricted Keeps reseting to 2!!

My guess would be that the notes.ini setting is in the Configuration document in the Notes.ini setting. Change it here or remove the whole thing in the Configuration document to fix this.
