This is really strange behaviour:
I run a BlackBerry device (just for background info; technically, it has nothing to do with this fact, since I started seeing this behaviour from Notes before even being setup on the BlackBerry device). In order to have my contacts and my journal synchronized, I created a replicate of both of these databases (applications) on the mail server.
In notes, I then go to File > Open > Notes Application and select my ozy-journal.nsf on the Server ( which opens ). I go to File > Properties and can see it’s location is on the Server and the file name is ozy-journal.nsf.
In notes, I then go to File > Open > Notes Application and select my ozy-names.nsf on the Server ( which opens ). I go to File > Properties and it’s telling me that my database is Local. The file name is names.nsf, instead of being on the Server and my file name being ozy-names.nsf???
Has anyone seen this? I’ve never experienced something like this before.
