Our Server just rebooted unexpectedly. This has happened 2 times in the last month. Any ideas on why this might of happened. Nothing in the Notes log indicates anything abnormal was happening. Anyone else having this same problem on this platform.

O/S?
Did it happen around the same time of day?
Check the server log for the last recorded info around the time of the reboots.
Check the O/S logs for clues.

usually there is a log somewhere if not in domino.
As an example NT has an event log where one can conclude why the server rebooted.

DSPLOG from the iSeries command prompt will show you the OS’s log, which is distinct from the Domino log.
You may also want to check your Domino server’s data directory for any NSD files - these are created automatically whenever the server abends.
Either of these can help you pinpoint the problem; from there, you should be able to find the solution.

Check anti-virus updates and logs which is usually the culprit (if applicable).
Also, verify no other service or batch commands are schedule on your iSeries which may conflict with Domino.

NSD on iseries is a bit different, recently had this problem where the nsd files cannot be located through the Domino Admin client but they can be found in the IFS using Ops nav for some reason.
Go into root directory /NOTES/DATA/IBM TECHNICAL SUPPort and you should see the NSD files for specific dates
