Server process which downloads doc attachments

Hi ,There is a database that contains documents with attachments and is hosted on a R5 server. There is a " server process" which is not documented which acts on the documents in the database , and saves the attached files in the documents in a specified folder in the Domino Server, and changes the status field value in the documents.

Any idea where such “server process” is defined …(in PAB, .ini or where ??).

There is no documentation , and this process has to be duplicated when the server is upgraded to R6.5.2

It is most likely an agent. Enter the following at the server console to see what you get:

Tell Amgr Sched

It will list all scheduled agents on the server. Perhaps the name of the agent will indicate what it is doing. If this doesn’t show anything obvious, open the database in Designer and look at the Agents in it.
