Server problem after upgrade to 6.5.2

We have an odd problem with a server recently upgraded to 6.5.2 and would appreciate any suggestions for a cure.

We have two servers that were previously running 6.02 and were upgraded a week ago, they are on v similar hardware and both running Windows Server 2003. Names.nsf has template StdR4PublicAddressBook version 6.5.2

12/5/04.

Before the upgrade both were very stable, since the up[grade the problem server has been dying every night at around the same time (23:07 - 23:10).

There is a scheduled agent in a database replicated between these servers (so identical code) that has run error free since February. Since the upgrade it has failed on our problem server with this error:

"Notes error: Proxy reports that an unauthorized/forbidden connection

request was made sendtomailgroup line 87 "

Line 87 is: “mesg.Send False ’ send but dont embed a form”

Another agent in another db gives the same error when sending mail.

I’ve checked the server messaging settings and the problem server had pipelining enabled and International Alternate Name enabled which was different to the working server.

Also the problem server had a mail rule (no rules on the ok server) but it gave “error 4412 cannot locate field” on editing or deleting - but apparently was deleted because the rule is not listed any more.

We’ll see tonight if changing the mail settings makes any difference but I’m not hopeful. Any suggestions welcome.

We had an entry in the HTTP tunnel proxy field. Removing that solved the crashes.

Still got problems with server since upgrading. It must be a domino configuration issue that wasn’t an issue with 6.02 but we can’t locate the problem.

We do have some replication errors on the faulty server

Finished replication with server server.dom.xx.uk/Organisation/UK

None of this happens on the working server. Names.Nsf is replicating.

I don’t think the crashes are directly related to this but I’d be very grateful for any ideas.
