I have observed that User name is not being displayed in one of my user’s mail file. When he opens his mail view, instead of “Mail for ”, it appears "Mail for . Also in his sent mail, it displays the Server name and below that it displays “Sent by ”. What might be the problem?
Subject: Server name instead of User Name.
Under Tools | Preferences of mail file, make sure user name is set as the mail file owner in the “This mail file belongs to” part
