I have set up mail rules to capture mail with certain words in the subject and body of the message and forward those to a mail-in database that I have created. I then go through this database twice a day and forward on messages that are legitimate. But half of the messages I capture are for ex-employees or made-up email addresses.
Is there any way that I can have the server rules forward mail to my mail-in database only if Any Recipient is in my Domino Directory?
